Stayed for 1 night ready for flight next day, basic hotel, door handle fell off bathroom door randomly, cobwebs around ceiling and damaged paint on walls and first hotel I stayed In with no power sockets next to bed so had to charge phones ect away from where u sleep small thing but slightly inconvenient.

It's cheap but you get what you pay for. Rooms need a lot of renovating and deep cleaning.

First of all I want to highlight the attention of the receptionist named Alvin for his hard work and professionalism from the warmest smile on us room was clean and bar is 24 hours perfect for early flight we gonna stay again soon.

Lovely hotel closed to Stansted Airport, very suitable to spend the night for an early flight or just to spend the evening. Lovely and helpul staff as well as very good services including restaurant and buffet breakfast. The room was warm and cozy and cleaness immaculate. Really goid experience, and actually repeating with them soon.

It's a reasonable rate and pretty clean. One thing I would say is that if you're coming in by bus, make sure to only get the bus which goes to Birchanger Green Service. Googlemaps will tell you that you can take other buses which go to Round Coppice West but it's impossible to walk from there because it means walking over the highway interchange without a pedestrian area. Birchanger Green Service is very close to the hotel.

The hotel's cleanliness and service were unacceptable. The bathroom was mouldy, the carpets were stained, and the staff was unhelpful.

We stayed for one night. The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was clean in general but the carpet was smelling like pee as hell! I did not complain about it since I was extremely exhausted and my friend had hurt her knee so we couldn't change the room anyway. I really suggest them get a new carpet or wash it until the smell is gone.

A run-down hotel, absolutely no hygiene, the bathroom is a germ cell, no windows and a musty and stuffy atmosphere that is covered up with air fresheners which leave a disgusting smell. A health hazard and absolutely not recommended!

Staff very polite and helpful, car broke down and this was the nearest hotel, and did its job for the night.
Aircon unit sounds like a kettle boiling even when turned off. This went on till early hours of the morning.
Room cleanliness not great. Floors dirty, bathroom (granted toilet and sink clean) shower full of black mould in grouting.

Beginning of stay was good. The reception staff very welcoming and helpful, however to have clean towels, your room tidied, clean cups and additional beverages/milk - YOU have to ask at reception. The door hanger provided does not warrant using! Breakfast;was not offered scrambled eggs, although staff got from the same kitchen.

If you are given room 101 ask to be changed immediately, this room sits above reception and the motor in the sliding doors under the room , shakes the room but is also very loud and will keep you up all night. When we pointed this out to the staff they weren't surprised and moved us. So it worked out well, but they clearly know about the issue and have chosen to do nothing about it. Rooms were basic but clean good location for the airport.
